Yoga is my life and passion. I have been practicing yoga for over 40 years, and teaching yoga since 1991. In keeping with my love of health and fitness, I have completed a personal training certification and am a tai chi easy practice leader. I am a certified Moving For Life and Fall Stop Move Strong instructor.I believe that yoga exercise and movement can benefit everyone, at any age. I really enjoy working with special populations.
I specialize in restorative, therapeutic, pre and postnatal yoga and have taught hundreds of moms and babies in my pre/postnatal classes. My book, Yoga Mom, Buddha Baby (Bantam) was published spring 2002 and is in its second printing. At present a new edition is being worked on.
